E-government enables anyone visiting a city website to communicate and interact with city employees via the Internet with graphical user interfaces (GUI), instant-messaging (IM) and Apps.
BRUTIS gives the city employees the possibility to quickly handle all incoming messages. Not only to quickly find answers to sewer-related questions. But also by linking BRUTIS to the relevant Apps and the system is enriched with all reports about the functioning of all assets.


Asset-Management:
BRUTIS is Asset-management. All assets are assessed for the risk to the environment, if they stop functioning. The focus is on the high-risk asset. As a result, the available money for the management of the asset is spent as optimally as possible.
